Pill Mania HD app for iPhone and iPad
"Pill Mania HD" is an addictive puzzle game.
The goal is to remove all viruses from the screen. To do that you have to rotate and position the capsules on top of or alongside the viruses and other capsules so that there are at least 4 blocks with the same color next to each other.
You can move and turn the capsules with the on-screen-buttons.
It features:
- Two difficulties: Easy and hard!
- Three designs: Standard, Classic and Bright
- HD graphics (incl. particle-systems) with retina- (including iPhone 8/X) and full iPad-(Pro-)support
- steady framerates with 60 FPS on most devices

Good game app for price. No add interruptions. Im old so this is all that matters to me.
Some bad moments
Game does not rotate when I turn my phone; I find it hard playing the game on the shorter side of the iPhone- the buttons are spaced too close together.
Ads pop up while you play and totally ruin the game. Change it and I may redownload the app
I dont like how you cant continue. You have to start a new game each time.
Used to be one of my favourite games. Since the last IOS update its unplayable :(
This game has issues controlling once you get to level 15 and I wish it didnt make you start all over after your out. The original dr Mario allowed you to keep working on the board you lost on and start fromThere
I really like this game its the ish!, because it reminds me of Dr. Mario. But I dont like it if you mistakenly turn your iPhone sideways, the game turns sideways and wont straighten back up to finish playing the game. I have to keep deleting the game & re-installing it to play upright. This will be my 3rd time doing it. So I hope its not my iPhones problem, but the games problem and it gets fixed
